Academic Internship Experts
EUSA facilitates internships between students from our partner universities in the US and organisations across Europe.
We listen carefully to you to match your needs with our students' skills and professional development goals.
All internships are unpaid and are a component of the student’s overall degree requirements from their university. All of our internship programs are structured to comply with local visa and employment regulations.
Students come from a variety of fields including: business and finance; marketing; sciences; arts, and more. Placements last from 6 to 12 weeks during all academic terms, including summer.
If you are interested in welcoming an intern to your organisation, you can complete our Intern Request Form or contact your local EUSA team for more information.
Normally one person becomes the supervisor for the student's placement period, acting as liaison between EUSA and the organisation, and overseeing the student's work during the internship.
We like to maintain close contact with supervisors including on-site visits as and when convenient. We ask that supervisors complete a short report on the student's performance at the end of the placement period. We also provide guidelines for supervisors to help you make the most of the placement.
As we strive find the 'right placement for the right student' - we are unable to guarantee an intern each term. We do have regular and ongoing relationships with many organisations who provide excellent opportunities and supervision for our students.
