At this established estate agency, you assist in providing lettings, property management, and sales to vendors and landlords both locally and internationally. You will gain experience in areas of operations, client services, finance and accounting. The placement duties also include assisting with letting agent tasks such as showing properties and negotiation of contracts.
“I prepare legal documents, invoices, and cash flows for our personal records and for the people that we manage their property for. I help with creating ads for the properties we manage and take pictures of the properties to keep on file. I also meet with potential tenants of our properties to show them around and/or move the tenants in or out. I really like how it is a small business so I have a lot of one on one time with my supervisor.”
